The infrapassive switch is used in ceiling mountings, in holders of MR16 halogen bulbs. With a suitable receiver, it is used for contactless control of lighting, ensuring economical and time-limited illumination. The transmitter is supplied by two batteries AA 1.5V or one 3 V CR-V3 lithium battery. It is activated by the body heat of moving people or animals or by heat of other objects.
